submitted by David M. - |Recommended: YesLiving at Monterey — We have been at Monterey Apartments in Waukesha, WI for 12 years in June and are very happy with the staff and service. We have a problem with the cleanliness of the property at times, but overall, this is a great place to live.

My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and the staff have been helpful throughout my time here. The amenities included simply cannot be found for the same price elsewhere.

Every apartment is of course gonna have noise no matter where you live but this building is pretty sound structure. Parking is pretty good and the community is great. They put on wonderful holiday fun events that I have never seen any apartments do before. My favorite is they collect for toys for tots. They’re extremely pet friendly. There is animals and dogs from all sizes. The community is awesome. I love all my neighbors I had just moved in last August and I felt nothing but welcomed.
